Positives:
I wanted to like it. The music was good the decorations were modern and the room seemed comfy at first.
Negatives:
No ice machines but bags of ice from the front. The breakfast and dinner for purchase was not good. Actually breakfast was better but the dinner cook was not good. This was all livable but the ant infestation and the bed bugs was not. I ended up leeaving midnight Sunday night after seeing bed bugs and the front desk person tried to tell me it was a spider. Im not an idiot. No refund no apology no credit nothing and now I am drying all my stuff hoping I didnt bring anything with me

Booking.com charge us $35 per day per room on including the breakfast for two people. Breakfast wasnt included. They only give us a $10 refund per day. We literally lost $25 dollars per day in our stay, so sad. They told us that this happens when you book with a third party and that the breakfast isnt included

The room that I was assigned had plastic on the window "234" Also, the patio wasn't accessible. Why is the pool table closing before the bar? Me and my friend got to the bar at 1030 and was told we could play pool because it was closed at 10 pm

Mistakenly assumed there was a hot tub. There wasn't, just a tiny swimming pool. Would have been cool if there was at least a bath tub in the room but it was just a shower. It was an overall nice stay for one night, but not quite as relaxing of a stay cation as we had planned on.

Positives:
The property was very clean and inviting the carpet is amazing. The staff was amazing what ever you asked or requested they made it happened above and beyond. The location is so convenient right by a mall for all your shopping needs. Located right off the I-55 making your travel easy. Family friendly hotel with activities for kids in mind.

No ice machine however they did provide small quart ice bags
